Personal Injury Liability

We all have accidents, and some are much worse than others, incurring large medical bills, interfering with our ability to work and earn a living, or even long-term disability. If an accident is the fault of another, such as in an automobile collision, or a hazardous condition created or consciously tolerated by another, the law says it is the responsibility of the person who caused the accident to make you “whole.”

That is, to pay your medical bills, lost wages, and compensate you for any disability, pain, and suffering caused by the event. Where such a person at fault has either assets or insurance to pay for your damages, my office can pursue the offending person or party to obtain the recovery to which you are entitled.
